Scott Hamilton Harris

Third generation builder and Los Angeles native, Scott Hamilton Harris is the co-founder and General Contractor of Building Construction Group, established in 2005. As well, an award-winning, Master Builder, environmentalist, and national expert for the luxury residential building industry with 36 years of professional experience.

Scott’s passion for creating beautiful homes started at the age of five, crafting custom pieces of moldings and furniture for his own home. By age 15, Scott was sought out by prominent architecture firms, designing homes for clients such as Paul Allen, Jean Paul DeJoria, Kevin Costner and many others.

Scott Hamilton Harris was named “Builder of the Year” for Malibu and in 2018, Glady’s Magazine named Scott Harris “Most Inspiring People of the Decade” for his work, along a long list of icons such as Madonna, Gordon Ramsey, Robbin Williams, Martha Stewart and others.

Scott’s is regularly called upon to appear on media outlets such as FOX TV, CBS, HGTV, Paramount and many others as a construction expert. Scott also is a contributing writer for Green Home Builder Magazine, Builder and Developer Magazine, Malibu Magazine, MSN, and Gladys Magazine to name a few. Scott has spoken to millions through radio and live talks, teaching the nation how to build a better home, and live more luxuriously. Scott lives in Los Angeles, with his two sons Ryan and Liam.

John Woosley

With over twenty-five years experience, managing high-profile luxury projects, John Woosley has a proven track record of ensuring the client’s visions are achieved on some of the most prestigious homes in Southern California.

He began his career as a freelance builder collaborating with Los Angele’s top architecture and construction firms. John’s attention to detail and strong work ethic is sought out by repeat clients and is evident in the superior execution of his projects.

John researches innovations in smart and green homes to stay ahead of the curve and provide options for today’s savvy consumers.

His work has been featured in publications such as Architectural Digest and Statement Magazine. John is also a LEED Platinum award recipient.

Reagan Wilks

Stephanie Deneen

Stephanie has been with BCG for more than 15 years, and now serves as Controller. She oversees the firm’s operational accounting, and leads the production of financial reports, maintains the accounting system. As part of the corporate management and leadership team, Stephanie develops and implements BCG’s financial strategic planning decisions. She is responsible for developing the annual budget and prepares financial forecasts, ensuring the fiscal welfare of the firm.

Stephanie also assists with contracting and subcontracting requirement on projects and performs the role of Project Accountant, providing financial analysis and reporting on projects. Her input and financial expertise are two key details that assure the high-quality work that BCG produces.

Miguel Ruiz

Miguel Ruiz has been a rising star and Site Superintendent at Building Construction Group for four years. Miguel’s attention to details and respect for client’s needs has made him one of the most requested team members on client’s projects. Miguel has extensive experience in helping to create BCG’s most accomplished projects.
